The plan

There’s one plan. No starter tier, no enterprise tier, and the rate doesn’t move with your volume.

What the 5% comes off

The order total, whether it was paid by card or in crypto. Stripe’s fees are separate and come out on Stripe’s side, because your Stripe account is the merchant of record. They’ll show on your Stripe statement, not ours.

What’s included

All of it. Nothing here sits behind an upgrade:

Catalogue

Unlimited products, physical and digital and services, variants, collections, reviews, shop import.

Checkout

Stripe, crypto, discounts, abandoned-cart recovery.

Storefront

Page builder, themes, SEO, redirects, password gating, custom code, your own domain.

Shipping

Your rates or live carrier rates, labels, multiple warehouses.

Growth

Analytics, conversion funnel, email and automations.

Developer

REST API with scoped keys, and webhooks.

The one limit

Email marketing tops out at 500 subscribed contacts. Only subscribed people count — unsubscribed records stay as your suppression list and you’re not charged for them. Go over and marketing email pauses; receipts, shipping notifications and download links carry on regardless.

The Stashed credit

Your storefront carries a small Stashed credit in the footer by default. It can be removed on paid tiers.

Costs that aren’t ours

  • Stripe’s fees, on your account, at Stripe’s rates.
  • Chain fees on crypto checkout, paid by your customer.
  • Postage, when you buy labels. The price you see is the carrier’s real cost — the amount leaving your balance — not what the customer paid you.
  • Your domain, if you register one.

If you also sell NFTs

Marketplace trades run on a completely different schedule — 3% on Solana, 2% on EVM, paid by the buyer. The 5% shop fee doesn’t apply to them, and vice versa. Marketplace fees
