Catalogue → Reviews. Everything arrives pending. From there you can:- Approve it, and it goes up on the product page
- Reject it, and it never appears
- Reply publicly, underneath the review
- Handle a batch at once with bulk approve or reject
Star ratings in Google
Approved reviews feed your product page’s structured data, which is what produces star ratings under a search result. Google decides for itself whether to show them, and re-crawling takes time. Don’t expect stars the same afternoon.When reviews aren’t showing up

that’s just been set up can take a little while before this list works.
If it’s still empty after that, tell us.

Check the review is on the product you’re actually looking at. Reviews belong
to one product, and one left against a duplicate won’t show on the other.
