Buying from you isn’t subscribing
Someone who’s bought from you is not on your marketing list unless they said yes. We check that at the moment we send, not when a campaign was queued — so somebody who unsubscribes today won’t get an email you scheduled last week. And if we can’t establish whether they’re subscribed, we don’t send. Missing an email is fixable; mailing someone who opted out is a complaint. Unsubscribed records stick around as your suppression list. They don’t count toward your contact limit.Segments
