Both tiers include the same core utility infrastructure. What differs is ownership, attribution, and how the platform is built.

Connected vs Standalone at a glance

Connected (Tier 1) — built on shared Exclusivo infrastructure. Your brand skin applied on top. Small ‘Powered by Exclusivo’ attribution. Lower cost. ~8 week delivery. What’s included in both tiers

Token-gated access — on-chain wallet verification for Solana, ERC-721, and ERC-1155. Trait-level routing — each trait maps to its own utility tier automatically. Utility transfers with the NFT on secondary sale. Revenue share engine — quarterly wallet snapshot logic, profit calculation, and automated payout distribution. Holder notification system. Public profit statement generation per quarter. Competitive events — community competition infrastructure, submission portals, voting mechanics, leaderboard management, badge issuance, and prize distribution. Physical fulfilment portal — season-based claim portals for physical merchandise tied to trait ownership. Treasury vault — NFT claim events with first-come-first-served logic, reveal tooling, and rollover mechanics. Holder profiles — per-wallet profile pages with trait-linked badges, utility status, role designations, and contribution credits. Oracle and insider access — private gated briefing channels for high-value holders. Early roadmap access and pre-announcement feedback collection. Legendary utilities — 1/1 holder experience tooling, direct contact routing, advisory workflows, and physical collaboration management.

Connected — Tier 1

Your community experiences a fully branded environment. Your trait structure drives the logic. Your holders never see a generic dashboard. What they see is a small ‘Powered by Exclusivo’ footer — the same way Shopify-powered stores carry a footer credit. Delivery model:

Phase 1 — Discovery (Weeks 1–2)

Collection audit, trait structure mapping, utility module selection, chain verification, brand asset intake, and scoping document. Produces the static price agreement.

Phase 2 — Configuration (Weeks 3–5)

Wallet verification setup for your chain(s), trait-to-utility routing logic, event schedule configuration, revenue share parameters, and physical fulfilment portal setup.

Phase 3 — Branding and QA (Weeks 6–7)

Full brand skin applied. End-to-end testing across all utility modules. Holder experience walkthrough. Bug-fix cycle. Admin dashboard training.

Phase 4 — Launch and Support (Week 8+)

Soft launch with your holder base. Operational runsheet delivered to your team. 60-day post-launch support window included.

Standalone — Tier 2

An entirely independent platform — built from the ground up under your brand, hosted on your domain, carrying zero reference to Exclusivo in design, code, or user experience. At handover, all code, data, infrastructure, and assets transfer to you with full ownership. Standalone-only additions:
  • Custom domain and hosting — deployed to your own domain with independent hosting setup
  • Admin dashboard — full control panel for your team: holder management, event administration, payout controls, and content management
  • Custom design system — purpose-built from your brand assets, not a skin on an existing template

Phase 1 — Discovery (Weeks 1–2)

Full audit, utility module selection, brand asset intake, hosting requirements, and static price agreement.

Phase 2 — Architecture (Weeks 3–4)

Independent infrastructure setup, domain configuration, database architecture, wallet verification layer, and smart contract integration planning.

Phase 3 — Build (Weeks 5–10)

Ground-up platform build: all utility modules, token gates, event frameworks, treasury vault, revenue share engine, holder profiles, physical fulfilment portal, and admin dashboard.

Phase 4 — Design and QA (Weeks 11–13)

Bespoke design system applied. End-to-end testing across all modules. Holder experience walkthrough. Full mobile and cross-browser QA. Bug-fix cycle.

Phase 5 — Launch and Handover (Week 14+)

Staged launch with your holder base. Team training session. Full code and asset transfer. Operational runsheet delivered. 90-day post-launch support window included.

What you bring to both tiers

  • A deployed NFT collection with on-chain metadata (Solana, ERC-721, or ERC-1155)
  • A defined trait structure with utility assignments identified per trait
  • Brand assets: logo, colour palette, typography, and tone-of-voice guidelines
  • A designated technical contact for integration questions
  • Access to existing community channels (Discord, Telegram, or equivalent)
  • Decision-making authority within your organisation to approve deliverables at each phase gate
Standalone additionally requires: domain name(s) for the platform, hosting account or preference, and any existing design system documentation.

Getting started

All integrations begin with a paid Discovery Engagement — a focused 2-week scoping period that produces the full specification and static price proposal. The Discovery fee credits toward the full build if you proceed within 30 days.
