# Appearance

> Your logo, colours, theme and policy pages.

**Storefront → Appearance.** Branding and policies, and the way into the
[page builder](/stashed/storefront/page-builder).

## Branding

Your logo and favicon, your shop name as it appears in the header and in email,
and your colours.

<Warning>
  Upload your logo. Do not paste in a link to one.

  Links from cloud storage often expire — typically after a week — and when they
  do your logo just disappears, with no error and nothing obvious to explain it.
</Warning>

## Themes

Pick a theme, then override its colours. Your storefront's chrome and your rich
text both follow the palette, so you shouldn't end up with a branded header and
default-coloured body text.

One of the built-in themes is called **EXC**. If you've never heard of it,
that's the platform Stashed runs on — there's a launchpad and an NFT
marketplace over there. You're under no obligation to care.

## Policy pages

Refunds, shipping, privacy and terms. They render on your storefront.

<Tip>
  Write something real even if it's short. An empty policy page looks worse than a
  two-line one — payment processors read them, and so do customers deciding
  whether to trust you.

  If you take crypto, say so on your refunds page. Crypto refunds are manual, and
  that's a genuine difference somebody should know about before they buy.
</Tip>

## Your branding feeds your email too

Sender name, colours and logo in your emails all come from here. There's no
separate email branding to keep in step.
