## The five factions
**THE SYNDICATE — The Underground** 700 pieces (21% of supply). Crime lords, fixers, and silent operators at the top of the underground hierarchy. Uncommon to Legendary rarity.
**MYTHICAL — The Arcane Circuit** 600 pieces (18%). Arcane-infused technology. Ascended beings who crossed into a new form. Rare to Legendary rarity.
**THE CREW — The City** 900 pieces (27%). The general population — artists, athletes, and community figures with city-wide recognition. Common to Rare rarity.
**THE GUILD — The Conclave** 633 pieces (19%). Guild elders and relic holders of immense power. The inner circle. Rare to Legendary rarity.
**ELEMENTAL — The 4D** 500 pieces (15%). Fire, Water, Earth, Air, and Lightning — their existence barely acknowledged by the city's surface-level inhabitants. Ultra Rare to Legendary rarity.

**Common** — approximately 1,800 pieces. Standard traits, streetwear staples.
**Uncommon** — approximately 800 pieces. Two to three elevated traits, some faction-specific elements.
**Rare** — approximately 450 pieces. Notable faction-exclusive combinations, unique held objects.
**Ultra Rare** — approximately 150 pieces. Legendary trait combos, special body effects, rare backgrounds.
**Legendary** — approximately 83 pieces. Exceptional full compositions including Elemental sub-types and Guild legendaries.
**1/1** — 20 pieces. Hand-designed named characters with individual lore. Not generative.
