# Project Dashboards

> Your community home base — custom URL, live NFT data, content tools, and a built-in secondary marketplace.

Your project dashboard is your front door. A branded, media-rich space where your content, updates, NFT collection, and community all live together under one URL.

This isn't a link page. It's where your project lives.

## Setting up your dashboard

  <Step title="Get to the Dashboard Creator">
    Go to [app.exclusivo.one](https://app.exclusivo.one). Open the Command Centre (Ctrl+K or top nav) and select **WEB 3 DASHBOARDS** — then click **Create Your Dashboard**.

    *You can also find it via the top navigation directly.*

  <Step title="Sign in or create an account">
    You'll need an Exclusivo account to save your dashboard URL and settings. Sign up with email or Google. If you already have an account, just sign in.

    Your account lets you resume setup if you close the window.

  <Step title="Project info">
    Name your project — this becomes your public URL: `exclusivo.one/p/your-name`. Choose carefully, this is what you'll be sharing everywhere.

    Add a short description. It's optional but worth doing — it shows up on your public dashboard.

  <Step title="Branding">
    Upload your **banner image** and **logo/PFP**. Both are optional but make a significant difference to how your dashboard lands.

    * Banner sits at the top of your dashboard — use something that represents the project
    * Logo appears alongside your project name

    You can skip this and come back to it later from your dashboard settings. Both can be changed at any time.

  <Step title="Add your NFT collection">
    Paste your **collection mint address** to connect your collection. This turns your dashboard into a live, browsable gallery.

    Supported formats:

    * Solana collection mint address
    * LaunchMyNFT collection URL
    * ETH contract address

    Don't have a collection yet? Skip this step — your dashboard still goes live and you can add the collection later from inside the dashboard.

  <Step title="Review and launch">
    Final check before you go live:

    * Project name
    * Banner and logo
    * Collection address (if added)

    Hit the green **Create dashboard** button. Your dashboard is live.

      Have a Founders Ascension or Exclusivo Genesis NFT? You can claim 1 year free on the review screen before launching.

### After you launch

Your dashboard is live at `exclusivo.one/p/your-name`. You now have:

* Your own branded URL
* An updates feed for your community
* A live NFT collection gallery (if you added a collection)
* Content and storefront tools

Post your first update to activate your feed. Schedule an upcoming drop in the **What's Next** section to start building anticipation.

  After adding your collection address, there's a verification step — sign with the collection owner's wallet to confirm you own it. This keeps the platform trustworthy for everyone.

Connect your collection and it shows up live inside your dashboard. Your community doesn't need to go to a marketplace to find it — it's already where they are.
